Commitments

Nycka Nunes' duty and commitment (to her art and photography clients):

1. To respect the client as long as the client respects her and the contracts and fulfills his/her duties.
2. To respect the established times for meetings.
3. To respect the terms of the contracts.
4. To be honest with the client when providing information relevant to the development of the work.
5. To hold an initial meeting of up to two hours in length (depending on the service contracted) with the client to understand their profile and needs and to have the resources to offer a fully personalized service.
6. To maintain the confidentiality of the service, revealing only information and/or images that do not identify the client or information and/or images whose disclosure is authorized by the client (This does not apply to images of artwork and photo shoots purchased by the client).
7. To offer personalized services respecting the client's goals, whenever the client's budget is consistent with their goals.
8. To cancel the service, without refund, if the client does not fulfill his/her duties.
9. To only show photos and works of art after they are finished.
10. To offer fewer services, less time and fewer benefits to clients with smaller budgets.

It is the customer's duty to:

1. Respect Nycka Nunes and fulfill his/her duties.
2. Be honest with the artist, providing truthful and accurate information.
3. Make payments within the established deadlines.
4. Respect the established times for meetings.
5. Respect the terms of the contracts.
6. Provide written feedback to the artist regarding the services contracted and purchases made.
7. Authorize the publication of feedback on the artist's websites and social networks, among other media, when Nycka Nunes deems the publication relevant. The publication is automatically authorized.
8. Respect the artist's copyright, and do not create reproductions, copies or similar of the artworks and photographs purchased, nor any other violation of the specific terms of the contract.
9. Make additional payments to the artist for overtime worked, additional benefits offered and to cover extra expenses to provide adequate customer service.
10. Respect the artist's vacation periods, meal times and free time.

Other terms apply as per each contract.

Refund Policy:

Services not performed due to the artist's responsibility (if she becomes ill, for example) will preferably be rescheduled for another date. Therefore, if the client wants a service from Nycka Nunes with a set delivery date, remember that she is a human being. Request services well in advance, this way you increase the chances of getting results within the desired time frame.

The artist seeks to reschedule appointments without changing additional costs, such as travel fees or production costs, when the rescheduling was caused by her. However, occasionally some additions may occur, as these are costs paid to third parties (this depends on each supplier's policy regarding rescheduling). If the client does not wish to pay the additions, the value of the artist's service will be partially refunded within ninety days, but amounts already paid to third parties (airfare, production costs, etc.) will only be refunded if and when each supplier reimburses the artist. Services already performed or in planning, including the initial meeting, are non-refundable. Products purchased to perform the work are also non-refundable.

Refunds due to cancellations requested by the client are not possible. Nycka Nunes' work is presented online and each client has all the time in the world to analyze the artist's professional profile, contact her by email to clarify any questions and decide that they want her work.
